Cadent Health is a group of ENT specialists based in Alberta, Canada. I led the UX/UI redesign of their medical booking platform to strengthen their professional image and streamline patient intake.
CHALLENGE
Create a fast, accessible, and responsive appointment experience across all devices, while gathering essential clinical information to support medical workflows.
DESIGN SOLUTIONS
A clean and responsive design combining a serif–sans serif typography system with professional blue and green tones to convey trust. WCAG-compliant color contrasts ensure readability and accessibility. The redesigned platform also integrates an AI-powered intake chatbot that guides patients through the information collection process and automatically summarizes their needs for the medical team.

The new platform simplifies patient onboarding, reduces administrative friction, and supports clinicians with clearer, more structured information—leading to a smoother and more efficient care pathway.
