Luneya - An AI-Enhanced Sleep Care Platform

www.luneya.comLuneya is a sleep clinic based in Alberta, Canada, that lets patients book appointments online and quickly meet with a sleep specialist at one of its partner clinics. I was brought on to handle the UI design of the entire digital ecosystem: informational website, appointment booking platform, online store, and patient/doctor portals.
CHALLENGE
Create a trustworthy, educational, and easy-to-navigate platform that helps users understand their sleep issues, explore treatment options, and connect with real specialists in partner clinics, while integrating an AI tool that guides patients through a first assessment.
DESIGN SOLUTIONS
Starting from a set of provided wireframes, I translated the whole ecosystem into a clean, calming interface using rounded shapes and a soft color palette to build trust and comfort. User journeys (AI assessment, in-clinic consultation, treatment exploration, device purchases) were clarified to guide users at every step.
IMPACT
The platform gives users a clear, structured path from self-assessment to real clinical care, making it easier for patients to understand their needs and for specialists to receive accurate, pre-filtered information.
